I am writing about my dog, Bandit. When we named him we did not realize what an appropriate name we had chosen. We love Bandit, he's really part of the family. But, Bandit has a problem... he likes to roam and follow strangers home. Luckily, we had placed a Keepet tag on Bandit's collar when we got him and, since then, he has been 'lost' and was quickly returned three separate times! Each time the finder called the hotline number and I was notified and was quickly reunited with our Bandit within hours of his 'roaming spree'. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for your service. I should have written you after the first time your service saved our dog, but now after this third time, I just had to let you know what a blessing your tag and your service have been for us. Several of my co-workers also have dogs and since hearing about Bandit's quick and safe returns, they have also bought Keepet tags and registered their pets with your service. Thanks again.

Sammy (short for Samantha) came to us after her previous owner, our neighbor, passed away. This is our first experience as cat-owners and we were a little skeptical about our success. She and our family dog, Champion, are learning to tolerate each other.

Over the years, I had always noticed the cute heart tag on Sammy's collar, but never really knew what it was for. I called the phone number on the tag and a KeePet staff person explained the details of your Pet Return Service and she also helped me update the phone numbers to contact if Sammy should get herself lost. Dear Keepet Company,

Thank you so much for your tags and your service. You saved our holiday. Just before Christmas, my daughter received a sweet little dog from my mother-in-law, as a present. My daughter loved it immediately and named it 'Ginger'. It came to us with one of your tags on its collar. I thought it was just a decorative ornament and did not really have the time to look at it closely. I certainly did not take the time to properly register our phone number or pay for your service during those hectic days before the holiday. Well, you know what happened. The day after we got Ginger, she just ran out of the house when no one noticed and we could not find her anywhere. We were all upset, but my daughter was hysterical.

Thankfully, my mother-in-law kept the Keepet phone number and so we called you. The patient and calm person in your office asked us to describe Ginger and, even though we had not yet registered Ginger's I.D. Number, she said she would see what she could do. We waited as calmly as we could.

About the same time, someone, several miles away, found a dog and called the Hotline number and read the I.D. Number from the tag. Quickly, your office realized that the I.D. Number given had not yet been registered. After a few questions, it was obvious that Ginger had been found. Within less than two hours from the time we called you, Ginger was home again with us and our holiday was saved. My daughter thinks it was a miracle and I just cannot thank you enough. We had not yet paid our activation fee and still you were able to help us. You are a very special company and I will recommend you to anyone with a pet dog or cat.
